Thank you for choosing Elixir Hands! To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for all clients, please read our booking and cancellation policies below.

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

2. Arrival Time

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to settle in. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to accommodate the next client, but the full treatment fee will still apply.

3. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Your well-being is our priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, or allergies prior to your treatment. Our massage therapies are designed for relaxation and muscle relief, but they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the end of each session.
